Lost Property

If you’ve left something in one of our cabs, with our lost and found system, we aim to get it back to you as soon as possible. The quickest way to track down your lost item is to complete a lost property form via the ‘Contact us’ button below.

If you booked online you can retrieve your booking details via clicking on the link in the SMS sent to you at the time of your booking. If you booked via the 13cabs app, you can find these details within My Trips, which is located in the main menu of the app.
